What is Thrive?
Thrive is your all-in-one app for pensions, benefits and financial confidence. Whether you're saving for the future or sorting out the now, we give you the tools and support to take control of your money.
Signing in for the first time
1. I’ve just joined Thrive. How do I log in?
You’ll get a welcome email from us. It includes a unique link to set up your account. Click the link, create your password and you’re in.
2. I haven’t received a welcome email. What should I do?
Check your spam or junk folder first. If it’s not there, your employer might still be setting things up. You can also ask us to resend it, just get in touch with Thrive Customer Support.
3. Can I download the app on my phone?
Yes! Search for Thrive: Financial Wellbeing in the App Store or Google Play. Once you’ve set your password, you can log in via the app anytime.
4. What details do I need to sign in?
Just your email, date of birth and the password you create. We’ll never ask for your bank details to log in.
5. I forgot my password. How can I reset it?
No problem. On the sign-in screen, tap ‘Forgot password?’ and follow the steps. We’ll send you a verification code to reset it.
6. Is it safe to use on my personal device?
Yes. Thrive is secure and encrypted. Your personal info stays private.
7. Can I sign in on more than one device?
Absolutely. Use the Thrive app on your phone, tablet or laptop, whatever works for you.
8. I’m stuck. Who can I ask for help?
Our support team is here to help. Just reach out to Thrive Customer Support during business hours and we’ll get you back on track.
