Signing into Thrive for the first time
Just getting started with Thrive? Here’s how to sign into the Adviser Portal and get up and running.
1. Look out for your welcome email
Once you’re set up on Thrive, you’ll get a welcome email with everything you need to sign in. It includes a direct link to your Adviser Portal and a quick step-by-step guide.
Haven’t received the email? No problem. Contact our support team and we’ll send it again.
2. Verify your email
Click the link in the email to start verifying your account.
You’ll be asked to enter a date of birth. This should match the one given during onboarding. It belongs to the main admin user linked to your Adviser Portal (the person who receives the welcome email).
3. Set your password
Next, create a secure password for your account. Choose something strong that you’ll remember.
4. You’re in
Once your password is set, you’ll be automatically signed in. Your dashboard will show the first tasks to help you start setting up client companies’ pensions and benefits.
