Forgotten your password or can’t sign in? No worries, getting back into your account is quick and secure. Here's what to do:
1. Go to the sign in page
- Open the Thrive Employer Portal and press 'Forgotten Password'.
- Enter your email address and press 'Send verification code'.

Remember, this link is valid for one-time use only.
2. Check your inbox

You’ll get an email from Thrive with a one-time verification code.

Can’t see it? Check your spam or junk folder just in case
3. Enter your code

Head back to the portal and type in the code from your email.

Select verify and then continue.

The code only works once, so use it within 5 minutes of receiving it.
4. Set a new password

Choose a strong password you haven’t used before.

A mix of letters, numbers and symbols is best.
Now you can log back in and get started!
